About RMD Designs
With over 30 years of experience in both commercial and residential architecture, I bring a deep understanding of building structure, construction, and design methodology to every project. As a licensed architect with a degree in Architecture, I founded RMD Designs with the vision of combining technical expertise and creative design to deliver thoughtful, functional spaces.
What began as a home-based design studio has evolved into a full-service boutique firm with a dedicated team and a welcoming showroom in Hudson, Ohio. RMD Designs specializes in interior design, kitchen and bath renovations, and building additions and expansions for both residential and commercial clients.
Our showroom serves as a hub for inspiration and collaboration, allowing clients to explore materials, layouts, and finishes in an engaging environment. Most recently, we’ve expanded our services through partnerships with integrators, allowing us to seamlessly incorporate smart home and office technology into our designs—ensuring each project is as innovative as it is beautiful.

While each project evolves based on the unique needs and personality of the client, my core design philosophy remains the same: to create spaces that become seamlessly embedded in the client’s lifestyle.
With a background in architecture and over three decades of industry experience, I’ve come to value the importance of a strong design foundation rooted in timeless principles. My education and professional journey have taught me that while change is constant, classic aesthetics provide lasting value.
